Luigi's Pawn Shop

I like this pawn shop,I've been coming here for a long time, my husband purchased & pawned here many years beforehand then we purchased together and i still purchase, been over 20 yrs. They work with you and give decent prices on purchases, and if they dont have something, they have another location on high st. Where I got the hookup on 3 flat screens and 4 years later I still watch them. I'll actually be doing some Christmas shopping this week there.. the customer service is great, they're friendly, reasonable and even offer layaway.

Great business! The environment is welcoming. The staff is great...they give excellent customer service. I'm definitely going to start referring my friends and family to Luigi's Pawn Shop.

Lack of business sense. Tried to take a piece in to sell and the owner didn't care to look at authentication paperwork, original price, or the quality of the piece. When I pointed out the original price said, "nowhere near!" I wasn't expecting to get anything near the cost. He then walked away to handle another customer and ignoring anything else I had to say. I walked out a little embarassed and a lot angry. Using curse words.

Says they stay open til 6pm but is Literally is always closed by 4:30pm-5pm !!! && They never answer the phone!! Like why have a number ?

These people are delusional I guess an unopened iPad Pro 128bg is only worth 350

Not a good pawn shop. Don't have anything worthwhile! And the one foreign guy is rude.

They are very good and fair when you want to pawn an item. Great customer service been dealing with them for years

This is the only pawn shop that I will go to,i get my jewelry and electronics here and they work with me and they are nice people,i have been going to Luigi's for over 15years

Never had a problem with them as a matter of fact they've really worked with me so I wouldn't lose something and everything I've ever bought there has been worth it
