I love Liberty Self Storage. I've had a storage unit at this Liberty Self Storage for about four years. One of the things I really appreciate is how diligent they are about giving me a polite reminder when I haven't paid. They don't scorn me or try to make me feel guilty. They also don't wait until I'm three months late and then threaten me that they're going to inventory my stuff and sell all of it. They notify me early, regularly and politely to remind me that a payment is due and they are never anything but happy that I've called. Very nice folks to do business with.

Great place! My family and I just moved to Covington from St.Louis Missouri and needed a place from all of our extra stuff. They made getting a storage unit very easy. The employee in the office who helped us was very nice, she offered us water which was awesome because it was very hot that day. You can also pay online which I love. Would recommend to anyone looking for a storage unit.

Storage facilities were extremely clean. VERY friendly staff that made it super easy for you to move in and out. Highly recommend if you are looking for either short term or long term storage. Best prices!
