Extra Space Storage

I have been a customer of Extra Space Storage for many years on and off, whenever we need storage this is our go-to spot. The staff is top-notch, both personable and professional (Kristine, the manager, and Kirk Anderson, customer service). The facility continues to improve, every time I set foot in there---recently the concrete floors have been polished. Another major bonus is the climate control, it is cool and comfy! I have tried a few other local storage facilities and this is by far the best--economically and structurally. They get a solid five stars from me.

Facility was top notch. Multi-level climate control facility. Lowest level was securely elevated against any possible local flooding. Staff was always friendly and helpful. A good deal for us helping facilitate our move cross country. As a bonus, the facility was graced with a cool mid-century modern facade which we appreciated.

Moving, have business with not enough storage space, or need a place for more storage space. Then, come see what Extra Space has to offer. My friends and I can testify that Extra Storage is the place to put your valuables for safe keeping. Ideal location in Elmwood, where shopping is very convenient. If you need boxes or even locks, they have just what you need. Storage space of different sizes, for whatever your needs. Climate control, they have that covered. Out of the weather, the best place to be. Go and check them out for their reasonable rates. Tell them Jackson sent you.

Kirk was a great help! Not only did he explain the process perfectly, he was very welcoming to my presence. Conversation,information, and customer service seems to be his forte. I highly recommend Extra storage space, and if you have that opportunity to be served by Kirk, you have been blessed

Service was quick and easy. Kristine was very friendly and thorough. The only criticism is the cost of insurance. For $5,000 coverage, it's more than rental insurance for the house I live in. I think they should look for another insurance carrier, or allow the option of the renters providing their own insurance as I believe it would be far less expensive.
