The staff are very professional and caring. They go above what’s expected and give 110% . The storage area are always clean and finding your storage is made full proof with numbers and easy direction. I just love the fact that the first month is free and every thing in my storage unit is insured. I will always use cube-smart and I will highly recommend them to my family and friends. I have to say my experience from the time I called to inquire and hold my unit to the drive over and once there smooth sailing. And it all started with a phone call. Thank you so much for making my move easy and Thanks for caring. Thank you Thank you Thank you!! Ps I enjoyed talking with the staff and their smiles brighten my day ! I was greeted with a smile and upon leaving I was Thank and I left seeing caring loving faces.

The property is extra secure and clean and I love that. I was greeted before I could even enter the facility with friendly faces and voices. They showed me multiple units at my request and was very patient, energetic, and happy to help me. I’ve never stored with CubeSmart but I am very happy I did. Great location and great employees. Two thumbs up!

Since I strongly believe U-Haul on Tulane Ave is the Devil, CubeSmart Harvey is a real life saint! Had an incredibly pleasant experience purchasing my unit and moving in. No hassle, no wait times and super quick efficient customer service. Would use this facility again in the future. Beware! U-Haul on Tulane Ave is in a flood zone and they don't give a flying F*** about their customers. Come here!

This place was great! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Check- in was smooth and took no more than 15 minutes. Place is very clean and secure and the cheapest I found!

Always a great experience when I come in! Everyone is always so friendly. And I never have to worry about my belongings in the climate controlled unit.
