This storage facility is one of the best. Great service and wonderful customer service. Wayne was excellent, very kind and friendly. He has great customer service skills. Would recommend this facility to anyone. I received the highest quality of service from the staff at this facility.

Bobby is very friendly and efficient. When I arrived, he had a lot of customers. He greeted me when I walked in and he remained friendly while giving his customers his undivided attention (he did not rush and was not flustered by the room full of customers waiting). Because of his positive attitude, we were all fine with waiting for our turn. During my transaction (I acquired a storage unit), it was a wonderful experience. I do not take the time to do surveys, but I really wanted to take the time to write this one. Encountering this type of good customer service is rare. If I come across anyone requiring storage space, I will recommend Cube Smart on Behrman Hwy! It's a nice, new facility but the best thing about it is the customer service. Bobby is awesome!

It’s very hard trying to park and get in and out the storage.. and i tried to use the restroom twice and each time the doors were locked.. never getting my service again at this location..
