Helped me very much so upon retaining my unit however failed to disclose that at any point in time the monthly cost of my unit can rise if they chose to do so. Came in to pay my unit and found out my monthly premium had went up with no warning from the company. The general manager was well aware of this and told me it could happen anytime but had nothing to say when I told him they should disclose that information when someone comes to seek information or purchase a unit. It's just very unprofessional not to.

This was my first experience getting a storage unit but I would absolutely recommend this facility to anyone. The customer service and entire process was great!

Corey and Dee are very polite and every time they see you they always ask if you need help with something could not have asked for better people
