Rochelle was the bomb diggity! I got lots of storage units here and it's really convenient and close to everything around town. Staff is friendly and very helpful.

Rochelle is beyond exceptional in customer service, she is the one that I met upon arrival at Extra Space Storage. I was really happy that I chose this place from my google search. I had called a few places but didn’t have a good feeling about them. When I called Extra Space, they had the best price around. The only thing I didn’t like was their requirement to buy insurance, but that’s the same as the other storage places. I’ve recently met another employee, Robin, that shares the same expertise in customer service. So I would recommend this place to anyone looking that wants the best price. The bonus is thet they have an excellent staff. Win-win.

I have been using Extra Space for many years. The facility is very clean and easy to access. The office staff are always very helpful and accommodating. If you are looking for a storage facility, I would highly recommend Extra Space at 6005 Airline Hwy in Metairie. Rochelle is awesome!

A little pricey,but great customer service! I also feel like my items are safe here and a great location!
