Tim was very helpful and friendly. He gave clear information and thoroughly walked me through the rental process for my unit. The facility was very neat and clean. He asked what my needs were, and determined it wasn’t enough and was able to help me upgrade to another unit. The location is extremely secure. Tim’s service was exceptional! As a customer service manager for over 20 years, I was impressed with his service and the location. And after my need for space is fulfilled, I will definitely use this location again!

Tim is great - happy to stay late and show us different sizes. Very nice and welcoming. Loves his job and more than willing to answer any questions. Looking for a place? This is the best :) climate controlled, many options, security is great, and freedom to come and go at your leisure.

Excellent customer service!!! Very friendly and willing to assist me with all questions and inquiries. Very clean space, well temp controlled, not only meets but exceeds my needs! Tim was awesome and was a pleasure to have him help me. Wouldn’t recommend anywhere else but here.

Was met by a very helpful employee (Timmy). He was extremely helpful and thorough with all and every explanations on the extremely clean and safe faculty. Must say a very good experience and would recommend to anyone needing storage . Thanks Timmy!!!!!!

Walked in without an appointment or calling first and Tim was very helpful. Was able to find a unit that fit my need and was able to go and view it first. Very clean and well kept property. Like that can access after hours and without checking in at front like other places.
