Ruined my $600 shirt — told me to come in so they could make it right. Made my way across town to come i and they told me there was nothing they could do about it and I had to go back to the store where I bought it from to get a new shirt. The guy started taunting me and antagonizing me with a piece of chalk that he was gonna mark my shirt up with to ruin it more. I have this all on video. No compensation offered. No coverage. Gaslit me. Extremely rude. Also lied and told me this has never happened before when many of these Google reviews say otherwise. They burned the nylon of the shirt all over and it looks like a 30 year old vintage find — unwearable for any professional or formal context.

I’ve had a few suits and blazers tailored here and have been very satisfied with the quality of work, the cost and the turn around time. Today I took in a suit to have the jacket tapered and the pants lengthened. I dropped them off at 12:30pm. Then I ran some errands uptown. When I got home around 4:30, the doorman handed me my suit!!! It was finished and looked amazing. Mind blown! Just go! Take your alterations here for sure. The dry cleaning is also very good.

Terrible customer service and most recently, poor quality dry cleaning... Washed me and my husband's big winter down coats in August in preparation for winter and only opened up the packaging in December since it's getting cold now, and found a large amount of white powder in the hood and small amounts of white "dust" all over the coat that definitely was not there when I dropped it off - looked like it could've been cleaning detergent. Each coat cost $75 to clean so I expected it to be cleaned properly. I went back to the store with my dirty coat thinking they would fix the mess but the guy ended up putting the blame on me, as though I had lied and created the mess myself and wouldn't agree to clean it without charging me again. I've been a loyal customer for over 4 years and never had any issues until the owner Korean lady put someone else in place to look after the store. The new guy was arrogant and rigid and didn't care at all about retaining a loyal customer for a small price. Moreover he was too proud to admit it might’ve been their fault. Unfortunately I won't be going back.

They do a great job with my dress shirts and work pants. Owner always on the premises, pointing out small details and explaining my options. I appreciate that they try to be green, and not stuff the clean clothing full of unnecessary pins and cardboard and things.

Young man was the Most incompetent person I have Ever dealt with in any business. Didn't pick up laundry as he usually does daily at our building. Apparently angry at one of the tenants. So he came he next day, Saturday and said it would be ready Monday. Didn't get delivered so I called at 4:30 and he said it would still go out that night. He lied. Second load was already there, and eventually and got delivered to the wrong person. So I had to go up to the store a second time in a day and pick up my laundry from the misaddressed bag. This confused person needs to be removed.

Do not bring your laundry here! They send out the laundry to a different location and my sheets were ruined. I picked up my sheets to find pink and dirt marks when they weren't there when I brought them in. They sent them back out free of charge. I just picked them up again to find them in worse condition. Little J Cleaners said they couldn't do anything about it. This place is good for DRY CLEANING ONLY.

Always courteous with exceptional service. The offer pickup services, but I usually go in myself to say hello to the owner. She does an excellent job on alterations as well.

Don’t go over there. They don’t clean the clothes. They destroyed one of my dresses, and the didn’t remove the stain from another one. They are unprofessional they are laughing in front of your face when you talk to them about the clothes. They care only to take your money and that’s it

Super sweet people. Care about their customers. Go above and beyond to get things right.
