Called and they said wouldnt pick up at 50th and 3rd sent my mom then they said they did in fact pick up there after she was already there. Sent specific instructions to dry clean they told her it was wash and fold ... so all my cashmere is damaged and then wool skirt arrived totally wrinkled instead of pressed.
I brought them a repair. They put a huge untidy seam where there was nothing before. It would have been nice to check with me first. Originally it had been glued and i expected them to do the same
