Logan / Hocking Hills KOA

To start right - the staff is incredibly friendly and VERY accommodating, and the park is absolutely beautiful. That being said, for a KOA Holiday, the driveway to get in is atrocious, so bumpy and rough that our RV was a mess by the time we got to the office. The sites are very well kept up, but not very flat and very hard to level a travel trailer. Finally, the prices are pretty steep even for KOA standards. We would probably go back, but only after researching other local campgrounds.

Stopped by with the kids to do some rock mining. We all had such a great time. We were there for 2 hours! Take your time and go through each little spec because it pays off. We found a lot of fools gold which excited the kids. The lady working was super friendly. We also got some fudge. Its very unique cream fudge. Super good!

The campground was clean and nice with multiple showers in two locations. There was a pool that was heated and each campground had a fire pit and bench. A closer trash can would have been nice. The shop also had just about everything you could ask for. Also they can deliver wood and pizza to your site among other things... If you are younger,like myself I may advise staying somewhere else as everyone on the grounds seemed to be sleeping by 10pm. Also the rate of 60 a night was kind of high. Also the first lady I talked to said I had to book for three nights with full,deposit and non refundable. When I got their I was slowed to do it day by day. The site wasn't as woodsy as if like it .. A little cramped but I would go back

Very clean and well maintained campground. The playground had a tiny climbing wall that my 2 year old loved. The wood they had burned really well and we made nice meals on the campfires.

Very nice campground with very nice staff! There are fun things for kids to do here, race car course, game room, mining shoot & pool. Wonderful hiking nearby. Walmart 10 miles down the road. However, if you are a RV rookie, they may not have anyone to help you troubleshoot.
