Even though we bought my handbag a few years ago, the staff helped me with trouble I was having with the clasp and added holes to the strap to make it more comfortable to carry. They were very nice and eager to help and to make sure that I had my issues addressed knowing that I was not there to make a purchase. Great customer service!

Zehra was excellent she made sure I got wanted exactly. I was able to get back to my job before my lunch break was over. I am definitely returning for the great customer service I received.

Love the bags and the brand - I own a few that have served me very well over the past few years, but I was disappointed by the customer service at this branch when following up on a repair. I got hung up on a few times before even reaching a salesperson and then when I finally did, I felt like I was being rushed off the phone before the person on the other line even knew why I was calling. Update: They have followed up and are resolving the matter I was calling to inquire about, so I feel a little better working with them after this.

Super nice store associates. I felt like I had the space to make my decision as she was not pushy at all. But she was there to answer any questions and show many different variations of the bags.

I had the most wonderful and pleasant experience with the Sales Associate, Windsor Pichitpongchai. His customer service is outstanding! He should write a book on it! His professionalism, character, attention to detail, coupled with his wit made up for my unfortunate “hiccup” of a situation that occurred when the store’s internet was down when I visited last month and wanted to make my purchases. He came to my rescue days later and made the entire process of figuring out why I had not received my items timely in the mail a more palatable and wonderful experience. With sincere appreciation Windsor I thank you! You have a special talent unlike many in your industry!

WAW. The service is just exceptional!! It feels like being a superstar as a customer. You get helped right away. You get really great advice. No one is pushing you to buy. I learned that they can also repair the corners and zippers of bags for free. I usually hate shopping, but this was a remarkably pleasant experience. I will definitely come back! I felt like I was in France. The manager Emmanuel Monot is extremely helpful and has class.

Fun & foldable travel totes. The outlet sells the ubiquitous nylon tote bags women and men carry in the city. They also carry the travel bags spotted in every airport. Their bags are durable and light. Not to mention that they fold up nicely when not in use.

Amazing selection !!! Update, while we were paying "Gail" was borderline rude. The salesperson who helped from the start very nice. But Wow, that "Gail" was awful. I felt sorry for the people who had to work with her.

Horrible experience. First off when I walked in the door I didn’t realize the door automatically closed so I tried to close it when one of the employees waved his finger rudely at me and told me not to touch it. The employees were so rude to me and acted as though I was bothering them. I was rudely rushed through my shopping by one of the employees. Horrible experience. I will never go back to this location and will share w my friends to never go there as well. If I could give no stars I would!!!
