I would rate this a 0 if it was an option. They will not work with you past the 20th of the month, even during a “pandemic”! Or any other time I will not vote for this mayor again, since ultimately, he is the one you are told to contact to discuss your water bill !?!? They do not even give a courteous notice before disconnecting. This is the worst utility company I have ever had to get service from.
I have been waiting for months for them to fix a water leak on there side. I'm not sure who is in charge of the new sewer lines but they can't even fill it in and level it out.
