I had A excellent service with my client advisor who helped me purchase the item i was looking for and was very informed of every product in there selection. Obviously based on other reviews it can vary on the client advisor of course but I was treated excellent, and the only downside for the store is the long waiting times before you can even get in which is A heads up if you’re in a time crunch.
Beautiful store and helpful sales associates. I still have epi leather products purchased in the early 1990s in very good condition. The craftsmanship holds up.
I booked an appointment online via the main site of Louis Vuitton. I highly recommend doing this, to avoid waiting in long lines outside the store if it's busy. If you have an appointment, they're very good about letting you bypass the line for your set appt time. I had a 5 star experience from start to finish. I had my wishlist ready and knew what styles of bags I was interested in trying on. My Client Advisor Jeff provided exceptional service and was very personable and a pleasure to work with. I found everyone to be very nice. I'll be back to grab my luggage next.
Shout out to Elaine and Victoria.they were so polite and extremely friendly as someone that works in auto retail I can totally understand how stressful the holidays can be and these two ladies were phenomenal. Love the cologne recommendation.also gotta add thank you for the gift wrapping even though the purchase was for myself. Still felt great unwrapping it
Would give less than one star if possible. I came to this store to exchange an undersized belt I had received that very same day from their website. The store associate looked at the belt for less than 10 seconds before turning to me and telling me she would not exchange or return the belt because the first notch seemed a little stretch. I tried explaining to her I had the belt for only a few hours and even tried showing her the delivery email to which she was clearly not interested in seeing. The belt was in perfectly new condition and I was able to return it online. I was going to exchange this belt at first but this situation has deterred me from ever shopping here again and I will be spending my money somewhere else.
I was helped by Marriam morrocan girl. She was amazing in fact everyone in this store is always welcoming but she was very kind and very patient through out. I did not feel rushed or pushed I took my time.She has nice taste she suggested me products and was very honest in her opinion. I will be visiting again to see her and buy shoes from her. Having a good experience at stores is very rare these days but mine in this store was great!
I purchased a new Louis Vuitton bag with zipper and shoulder strap. It cost over $2,000 and it became misshapen within the 1st year. When I brought it back with my receipt, the Louis Vuitton store refused to try to fix it or help in any way!!!! For approximately $2,500, you would think their customer service would be more helpful! Unhappy Louis Vuitton former customer.
I didn’t have an appointment, so I didn’t mind waiting the 10 minutes to get into the store. I wasn’t greeted at all. I walked through the store hoping someone would offer to help me but no one ever did. I thought they might be short staffed but there were three consultants helping one customer so it was clear that they weren’t interested in my business.
I had a wonderful experience at this store for my first LV purchase. I stopped by since there was a problem with my online purchase, but the manager and client advisor were fast to resolve the issue. They were extremely courteous and friendly about everything, while also providing some helpful tips for using the bag. I left the store completely satisfied with my purchase and the service that I received!
Customer service was outstanding, very caring and attentive. My personal assistant was amazing. Champagne wishes....I purchased more than I wanted, LoL.
