We had an amazing experience at the Gucci store. Rocco is superb. I did not think they would have my size in stock, but he found one and I was able to walk comfortably around Boston during our entire trip. Thank you Rocco and Gucci.
Went in this store on a hot summer day to order a pair of sunglasses. Everyone was staring at me like I was gonna steal something in the store. The salesperson smiled at me right after she saw an Amex card. This is a very elitist store so prepare yourself mentally if at the moment you go in the store you don’t look so pretentious or up to their standards. lol
This wasn’t my first purchase from this Gucci but a first for this location. I visited 9/28 in the afternoon. The sales associate was extremely attentive and personable. I’m going to be honest, I looked rough and was on my way to the airport with my preschooler in tow. I mention this because I was looking at the comments below and it seems some people thought they got bad service based on how they were dressed? If anything all the sales associates went out of their way to make us feel welcomed. I noticed no difference in treatment based on what I was wearing or that I had a well behaved child with me. I went into the store with a good idea of what I wanted but was unsure. The gentleman associate that was helping me, understood my needs and actually listened. I didn’t feel like I was being upsold in the slightest. I only intended to purchase one bag but left with two. If I had more time I probably would have bought a third! Extremely happy with my purchases and will be returning to this location. I wish I remembered the sales associates name so I could give him the credit he deserves. If I had to ding them on something update below, it would be that I didn’t leave with his card as I would make him one of my regular SA contacts. All the associates we came in contact with were fantastic though! Edit Update: the sales associate, Bradley, actually followed up today with a text! Awesome customer service.
Beware of this location! I bought the mini Horsebit 1955 bag at this location. The sales I think her name was Paola was attentive but when asked to wrap the purse up, she first came out with my purse wrapped in a dented box so I requested for a new box and she did. But my biggest mistake was not checking the purse before letting her wrap it up. I wore it for one day and my partner suddenly pointed out there were scratches on both side of the purse as shown in the pictures where the buckle is which make me think this isn’t a new purse but a return purse. So be warned and always check the purse before letting the sales wrapping it up. Very disappointed. The fact they would wrap purse in dented box and sell scratched purse makes me think this location is very shady so be careful.
I ordered some shoes from this store. I have been trying reach them for a month and no one will call me back. Gucci customer service keeps trying and coming up empty. This store is a joke. Gucci should clean house down there and get some real management.
Nobody helped me. The girls rolled their eyes and were super rude to me, so I walked my booth out and ordered online instead
Great experience. Jen is amazing and went above and beyond to help me and is a great representative of your store. Because of her I will be a Gucci fan and customer for life. Thank you Jen and the whole team at the Boston store that really make the experience outstanding.
See Jennifer, she’s very helpful. I was running behind schedule, so I needed to be in and out. I showed Jennifer a picture of what I wanted and she quickly went to go get it. She communicated properly and found what I was looking for. Gift wrapped it quickly and I was in and out. Thanks Jen!
This review is for some alterations I had done. I purchased a few pieces and needed some tweaks. Their alterations lady, Marie, was a delight. She made my clothes fit as if they were bespoke! Wow! I can't thank Gucci enough for their quality and having someone on staff who understands the importance and the art of tailoring. Usually I buy my clothes from department stores Neimans/Saks who have on-site alterations, and I am always disappointed. This is a service I find very important as I have a unique body shape and "off-the-rack" doesn't always cut it for me. I almost always need alterations. I will definitely be back and will ask for Marie every time!
