Okay. So I went into Club Monaco today to revisit a dress I saw last week I'm shopping for a wedding/engagement party in November. When I tell you MATT HARRIS got me ALL THE WAY TOGETHER???? Though the entire staff was friendly and helpful, Matt listened to what I wanted as well as used his talented intuition to help me figure out things I didn't know I needed! Matt was able to multitask and take care of about 5-7 clients at a time, making EACH of us feel like a priority! Ya'll, I just found my new stylist and wasn't even looking like for one! Thank you, Matt!
I really enjoyed my experience here. There was a fairly wide selection of men's clothing, which I appreciated, and a lot of the lines of the clothes are simple, elegant, and classic. Great materials as well! Thank you to everyone at the shop who helped us find things and provide such accommodating service. Would definitely recommend, especially on a sale, like we happened to find! :
I was treated very disrespectfully at the check out today. I asked for the store manager they said his name is Kyle but he was out that day 03/17. I didn’t want to make a “show” there, so silently refused to purchase and left. If you are someone who want to be respected or at least not being treated badly, think twice before shopping in this place.
I am 5’3” tall, and I love the designs of almost all the long dresses. Unfortunately, in my 6 years of visiting this store, I wasn’t able to find a single midi or maxi dress that would fit me.
Buyer beware: this location has spotty internet and transactions sometimes do not go through. I made a return here and received a refund receipt and a clerk’s verbal assurance it worked. Nearly a month later I saw no refund on my credit card statement. I spent an hour on the phone to corporate where they confirmed the refund had not gone through but the rep couldnt redo the return on the phone. I called the Boston location with the hope they could do it on the phone-no; I had to go back in to the store. In short, hours of untangling took place. I had to chase the money I was assured had been given back and in the end not so much as a 10% coupon code offered for the major inconvenience. Check your statements and keep your expectations low.
Would give ZERO stars if possible. Worst shopping experience of my life. One employee was extremely rude to me and refused to refund my purchase. I asked for the manager but he refused and told me to get out and even threatened to call security. He charged me two times for an item and did not give me a receipt for the first purchase. He yelled at my mother as well, and was very discriminatory towards us. They only treated us with disrespect, as we were the only non English speakers there. The customer service is TERRIBLE, and my mother was offended and hurt. I am NEVER shopping here again.
TERRIBLE shopping experience. NIGHTMARISH customer service. Absolutely astounded. When I went to check out, not only was their service horrendous BUT THEY CHARGED ME TWICE. REFUSED to refund me my money, stating that IT WAS NOT THEIR PROBLEM that they CHARGED ME TWICE. Had to call my bank and dispute a charge. WOULD NEVER COME HERE AGAIN. Go if you want to get SCAMMED!!
This person named Kyle was my cashier and he was a RACIST and DISCRIMINATORY. He double charged me for my items and he refused to give me a refund. Refused to listen to what I was saying because I had an accent. And insisted that there was nothing he could do. Saw him treat the white customers behind me in a better manner. Worst customer service ever!!
Rude service I was disappointed about the service at your store 1034. I bought something on 3/9. And find out you guys had sale . So my wife and I went back to the store for price adjustment. But the guy who help us was so unrespectful. He told us price adjustment only for 7 days. Then we said ok. How about we return it and then buy it again. Then he said you can and you guys trying to scamming the system. After he said that to my wife. I told my wife just return it and don't want it anymore. I told him we not trying to scam your system and we have right to return. You guys just had stupid policy don't make sense.
Worst customer experience ever. An associate incorrectly processed my return so I called the store and was told that I have to go in person. I went in the next day. I was offered no help since they say it's an "online order" and I would have to call customer service even though the return was done in store. I called online customer service and was told that they can't do anything since the return was done in store. No one cares to help you resolve a mistake done by Club Monaco representative clearly. The back and forth phone calls, the time I wasted to go back in again, and the attitude I got from the employees at Boston Prudential Center store are so frustrating and disappointing. I will not shop with the brand again.
