Great choices! Ellie was very patient and helpful. Very pleasurable shopping experience. Merchandise was well organized as well!
Cute store but customer service doesn't exist. I asked a female associate a question this past Monday and she gave me the "deer in the headlight" stare without a response.
Caveat Emptor - buyer beware of this store!!!! This is the third time in a year of shopping at this same store that full-priced items are on the sale table when they shouldn't be. When you learn at the register that an item is not on sale and you explain that is where you found it, you are told "you should have read the fine print - exclusions apply". Be sure to bring a magnifying glass to be able to read the fine!!!!! miniscule print on the sale table sign. I can understand this happening once but three times is suspicious. Either this is a sales tactic or a sign that staff needs to monitor these tables harder to make sure the merchandise is in the right place. Most other stores would absorb the error...and use it as a teaching experience for the staff - not this store. Ben was condescending when I asked how he would feel if this happened to him as a customer. He told me he reads the fine print. Note to all future customers - read the fine print. I agree with other reviewers - the clothing and shopping experience are not worth the price of these clothes.
First of all; what a great location! Had a great time visiting and they had the best items and people. I had a wonderful shopping experience because of one of their employees, Ben! So knowledgeable, funny and made shopping a breeze! Cheers! 1
I emailed the store to see if they could order me in an item and they have blatantly ignored my email and not responded. POOR customer service considering the cost of the clothing.
I just wish their jeans fit better and they had more dog things!! I love their tops and shep shirts!
Very nice Vineyard Vines store, but the customer experience is just plain awful. We would like to again thank the individuals claiming to be the store manager 'Vin' who attempted to berate us in front of many people about not having an actual receipt for a simple return or even an exchange. This despite the fact that we do actually have the receipt a receipt from PayPal, but firmly informed that's not good enough. We were told that receipt was not an actual Vineyard Vines receipt. Made no sense, made worse by being LECTURED and in an odd way being spoken down including rolling of eyes towards us about the importance of saving a paper receipts and why everyone is told to keep paper receipts at VV. As a result of all this, we ended up immediately leaving this VV store, I did ask the supposed store manager 'Vin' why he would speak to us in this manner which only seemed to frustrate him more. Apparently a bad day at Vineyard Vines Prudential Center. I get everyone being exhausted, worn-out and frustrated with Covid, extreme cold weather this weekend, dealing with multiple issues, etc. but adding fuel to the fire - for no reason whatsoever - in an attempt to intimidate, embarrass and lecture really good, loyal customers is just not necessary. 'Vin' and Vineyard Vines Prudential Center can do much, much better that this uncalled for, rude display.
Great quality but expensive clothing. The store was well kept but I wouldn't recommend visiting often due to how much you'd be spending.
Awesome store. Preppy high quality clothes from New England
Cute enough apparel, although all mass produced in China or Bangladesh. Terrible management that thinks their clothes are somehow unique. Lol. Clearly never really trained or educated aside from the VV brainwash. If you think their clothing is somehow unique- ya need to get out more
