Had to walk up to two different staff members who couldn't be bothered to look up at me . First one told me what aisle to go to and because I needed to ask questions had to find another associate who was end of next aisle. He clearly saw I was approaching but again didn't look up. I needed questions answered on iltra violet water purification system. Not knowledgeable,not willing to seek answers. And the answers I received were ridiculous. Asked about replacing light bulbs and his answer was ' can't tell you that if there's a power surge you would have to replace it like any lightbulb. I said most lightbulb s aren't $115. When I looked at equipment myself saw it came with a power surge protection bar. I had come prepared with pictures of my water system in place. He couldn't be bothered to look. He said he had a friend who put one in at a cottage but didn't know if it made a difference. So I took a picture of the display and left. Too bad you didn't make that 400 dollar sale. Bought at a local hardware store with friendly staff.

Went in for a quote. Great experience. Was told to call to place order. Called to order and was told I couldn’t use my credit card over the phone. Was looking to spend almost 4000. Then was told that even though quote said no cost delivery, because I’m 15 km over their minimum I would also be charged delivery. Thought I’d get the wife new cupboards for Christmas, instead she got me ticked off and still on the search for cupboards. Very frustrating. Wish everyone was on the same page with company policy.

I'll give an average rating for the store. The reps for their respective areas are spot on like John in appliances and another woman that works in doors. BUT the ladies at the cash need some serious training and attitude adjustments. I only keep go back because the reps in their departments are helpful; I cringe anytime I need to cash out.
