Lowe's Home Improvement

Our closest Lowes. Great selection and pricing compared to the competition. They carry a good assortment of name brands and also good quality house brand products. Staff is helpful even if not always the expert needed. They always seem to have a nicer or more featured product option than the competition. Too bad that they are not in my area. 😉

Worst place to buy blinds. Maybe i hit a bad day but nobody there to help for custom blinds and even just a reg blind they couldntcut it and to make matters worst the girl we were dealing with in mid conversation left and didnt return

Fast and efficient service by knowledgeable staff. We went to Home depot to do a price comparison before making our big purchse & although prices compared, staff was unorganized, hyming and hauing at our questions, like they didn't know & didn't have information on hand. We turned fast & went right back to Lowe's. Was very happy with our service at Lowe's. 😊

I bought an ac unit and i had to bring it back after 2 weeks as it broke. When i brought it back, i was told the money would be put back on my credit card right away. So i bought another ac with my credit card that same day. 4 days later, i still am waiting for my credit card to be refunded. I have two charges now over $300.00 each. still waiting. so much for having the money back on my credit card right away. If u have a defective product, it should be direct exchange considering you sold a lemon. I have to wait to pay my bills now due to my credit card being charged twice!! not a happy customer. The service is brutal. Been in twice so far looking for answers and i keep getting the run around. My time is being wasted. I will be shopping at HOME DEPOT next door now for all my appliance needs. They wont do a direct exchanger at Lowes. they want to double charge your credit card instead. 4 days and im still waiting to get my money back. They just dont seem to care here...... And when i called appliances looing for ac units, the applinace guys hangs up on me and said ac units are not in appliances. He was so rude. Brutal service

Staff in counter tops were to busy catching up with an old friend to bother helping me. Finally my 3 year old got tired of waiting and we left. However the employee in the paint department was very nice to my child and made him very happy.
