Poor experience with this store. Purchased a sectional from this store a few months ago. Worked with the seller Angela. There are two fundamental issues with this experience: 1) Was assured by seller numerous times that the sofa we purchased would fit in our basement. I went so far as providing the dimensions of the walkway to the basement and showed her a video. Seller assured us numerous times it would fit. Once we found out it would not fit (after the delivery), seller offered an exchange of $1100 for another sofa plus another $170 delivery charge. This after getting the run around from the seller and the manager Amy. The worst part was that it was revealed from the seller is that they do have a service were they can send someone out to review the dimensions of the pathway to the final location in the house (ahead of purchase) to ensure the sofa would fit. This is something the seller stated after we complained. 2) On top of this, the "white glove" delivery service which included the disposal of packaging and the setting up of the sofa did not occur. We showed the seller, via picture, the garbage that was left behind and all she could say was, "that should not have happened". In fact, both sofas were left in the garage. One completely unwrapped and the other completely wrapped. My wife and I had to carry them in ourselves. For all of the 9 calls (we kept a log) we left with this vendor they provided us a $85 refund for the poor delivery. This seller appears to be in it for the sale and doesn't appear to care what occurs after the fact - and neither does their management. What a poor experience with consideration that there are so many other furniture shops out there. There reassurance in my experience are quite meaningless.

Purchased a new bed from Zilli recently and received great service from Carla. She was very patient, and helped us chose a beautiful custom fabric option. She also showed us various sofas based on the layout of my living room. Would shop here again.

Ask for Emily! She was a pleasure to work with! I recently purchased my bed from here and it looks beautiful. This store has really unique furniture, definitely recommend it for all kinds of furniture :)!

Love shopping here, we are repeat customers and have never been disappointed. The furniture, staff, and prices can't be beat! Highly recommend shopping at Zilli when looking for furniture for your home!

Recently purchased a custom family room sectional from Zilli. We are extremely happy with the build quality, comfort and look of our sofa. We were also very impressed with Lamya's professionalism and design expertise. She didn't pressure us to buy and guided us throughout the process of our purchase and made sure we were comfortable with our purchase. Overall, we received great customer service and fantastic new sectional that was delivered before the original delivery date. We would highly recommend Zilli to anyone interested in a great quality, Canadian made sofa and competitive pricing.
