Love coming here. I find they have more selection and better sales than say home Depot or Rona. I recently bought lumber for my backyard and needed some of it cut, so it would fit. AND the sales guy cut them for me, free of charge. But he said if it was more than five then they would charge.

Customer service was trying to find rental paperwork for insulation blower. The cashier manager was approached and didn't want to assist the customer service department. After an hour of screwing around the manager finally printed paperwork. Took to long for manager to step up and assist.

They're friendly and well mannered however their no hassle price match policy is b.s. They won't match stores that have stuff on sale and especially not if it's a black Friday sale. Also you'll have to wait for an extremely long time (half an hour) for them to tell you they won't price match things you found on sale. The store is clean though and their product are quality for the most part.

Frustration and Unprofessional, I had a number of items that were ordered on 1st May' 2018 While all of the items were delivered as promised, the Patio sliding door delivery wasn't included. Waited patiently for a day then went to the store on Sunday, and inquired as there was no one responding to my phone calls. First I met with first Allen (Asst. store manager) who was rude and stated, that 'Lowe's cannot guarantee the timeline of the delivery (this after I had paid the delivery charges) and when I mentioned that the delivery was going to affect my contractor’s schedule and my work time-off, he bluntly stated its not their responsibility , fair enough, I wasn't happy with the response as I was losing two days with the contractor and my time off from work, hence I met Tony (asst. store manager) who was helpful and decided to refund my delivery charges and promised me that the delivery would be done on May 7, 2018, today is May 9th and the door has not been delivered, and when I called up today, Nino stated that they don’t make two delivery trips!! and i should have coordinated with the Lowe's departments! Wow!! my mistake! I have already lost big time. In a similar scenario last year, Home Depot owned their mistake and promptly provided me a discount on the item and shipped the item on an urgent basis
Lowe’s you need to act!! Customers are important after all!!

I honestly had high expectations when I walked into this store. I was looking for a simple hose to connect my washing machine. First off I'm a short person and seeing the signs hanging on the ceiling was almost impossible because they have things piled up to the damn ceiling. when I finally made it to the appliance department they was no one there. I walked around for about 10-15 mins till I finally saw someone there on a computer. I asked for help and I told him I had the item number that I was looking for if he could bring me to it. I was told he was busy and that he would get someone to help me. the person he called to help me told me he was busy as well and just gave me an isle number and sent me on my way. and I again I'm short it took me 20 mins to find isle 14. They lack basic training in customer service so don't expect much of that when you go there.
