Extremely Disappointing Experience: I went there on Saturday Nov 25th, bought a recliner as a surprise for my husband's 65th b'day. I asked them when it would arrive, they said "it's in the warehouse and we get shipments on Tues and Thur so it'll be here on Tues Nov 28th, if not Tues at the very latest it'll be Thur Nov 30th". I explained to them that this is a surprise gift for my husband's 65th b'day and if there is any chance that it might not make it here on time I need to know now. She replied: "No, don't worry, it's in the warehouse, it will definitely be here by Thur 100%". It did not arrive on Tues or Thur. I did not have time to go shopping for another gift my husband's b'day, so the real surprise on his 65th was not receiving a gift. I was so heartbroken and disappointed. They knew how important this was to me, I was clear about it. It did eventually arrive on Dec 5th. I got the call left work at 8:00 pm and went there to pick it up. Another nightmare. There was one lady behind the counter serving someone else, whatever they were doing took approx 1/2 hr, while myself and another customer waited in line. The lady in line ahead of me was very frustrated also saying "wow what are they doing, why is this taking so long, I have other stores to get to before they close". Finally they took my receipt and called a lady to go retrieve my order. She came to the front cash and I said to her: "it should be pretty easy to find cause it's a big box, a recliner". She responded and said: "well I hope they put it in front". I looked at her surprised and said "I can't do anything about that". And then she went on to complain and said "well I'm tired and my back is already killing me". Again I looked at her and said "I hope getting this order is not going to be a problem because I'm already not very happy with how this order has transpired and if I've come here tonight and have to leave without it I can tell you I will not be happy". She walked away and went to the back. She was gone for a long time and eventually came back and said to cashier "I can't get it, I can't lift it, and my back is killing me, I can't do anything". The cashier said "I can come and help you". Eventually they came back with the chair on a trolley. I finalized the paperwork at the cash and I left with the chair. Having already been horribly upset that I didn't get this gift for my husbands birthday in time and then to have to listen to someone in the store complain to me about their health problems was more than I could handle. Imagine if someone battling cancer has to go into a store and listen to an employee complain about their back problems. I understand everyone has issues, but most of us live very stressful lives and we all have our own problems to deal with and the last thing we need when we go to a store is to have to deal with someone else's problems. It's unprofessional and unfair to expect customers to get emotionally involved in your personal problems. And I'm not trying to be indifferent or lacking compassion, but there's only so much stress and problems a person can handle and I have sick family members and I work long hours and I have a very stressful life and I simply cannot provide emotional support to an employee in a store when they have a back problem, especially not after that same store has already failed in their promise of delivery for the chair in time for my husband's b'day. And before I Ieft the store with the chair I expressed to the cashier how upset I was and she said "why, what's wrong, what did we do, we're helping you". She made it sound like they're doing me a favour or something. I bought a chair, I came to pick it up, it's your job and obligation to provide me with the product that I'd already paid for. You are not doing me a favour. The attitude of the people who work here is very unprofessional. This whole experience has upset me. I felt like an idiot on my husband's 65th b'day and now store employees want me to feel sorry for them. Unbelievable.

I have found that the staff have gone out of their way when I couldn't find what I wanted to direct me to other stores in the area!

rude, terrible online customer service, unclear product description and photos, horrendous return policy. will never shop at this place
