Friends Furniture

Just want to put you in corner, not good policies for customers, they do mistakes and then if you want to cancel the order you have to pay 25% cancellation charges. They speak very sweetly when you go to buy but after sales they will even raise their voice when you are talking softly. Very Bad customer service....all good reviews are from their friends it seems...I can keep writing how they lie about most of their stuff...finally I was forced to do business with them I hope that product doesn't gives me trouble at least for a year for which they have told me one year warranty verbally.....God bless these type of organizations....why all this stuff for small monies...

I found what I was looking for. Product is not the best quality. I guess best products cost a lot more. Will have to satisfy myself, for the money one spends, all we can get is cheap Chinese made products.

I bought mattress and sofa from Friend's furniture in Nov 2015. The mattress got sagging issue. I contacted them last week, their staff was very courteous and asked me to send the pictures and receipt. They responded next day and told me that they will take care of it ASAP. The issue was resolved within two days, their delivery guys also did a good job (on-time pickup and delivery) . Excellent Service! You don't get even this kind of service from big box stores.

Very poor customer service. My sofa cushions are totally flatten with minor usage. I called them at least 50 times, with no positive answer. So i don't recommend friends furniture to any one . Better go to top rated stores, like Brick or Leon's they provide excellent customer service and peace of mind.
