I went to this store location in friday night after work to complete adding things to my wedding registry that i had already created online. The closest store being 45 minutes from our home. Upon showing up two kids in tow after having our son fitted for his suit I was told i needed to make an appointment to scan. It was 7pm and not a single other customer in the store. Three staff on. They told me to make an appointment and come back after dinner. The only reason i did follow through with this was because my registry number was already sent out with my shower invites. The manager that did end up assisting me with the registry set up upon my appointment was really nice, but I have no intentions on shopping at this store again after this terrible customer service experience with the lady standing under the "Customer Service" booth???

I saw the exact same items elsewhere at considerably lower prices without a sale, and was dismayed that I spent 40 minutes in the store without anyone greeting me or offering assistance. In one case, an employee actually made an effort to avoid me when I made eye contact and obviously was seeking assistance. It's a pass for me.

They have some really good things there are some very awesome deals and the people that work there or fantastic

Can be pricey but good quality merchandise. Really great for the more unusual items
