THE BEST LOCAL BIKE SHOP IN DAVIS COUNTY, HANDS DOWN!!!!
I discovered Loyal Cycle a couple years ago when I was looking for a local dealer for Velo Orange products. Jeff took the time to talk through what I was looking for, and when I decided exactly what I wanted, he measured me to make sure I ordered the correct size frame.
Since then, I've purchased bikes from him, he has helped my with several bike projects, built wheels, done repairs & installations, & special ordered parts. He is always eager to help and diagnose even the toughest problems. Very knowledgeable, and able to order anything you need if it's not in stock.
Jeff also works really hard to build vibrant cycling community. He hosts rides and events, maintenance clinics, guest speakers, and supported the Farmington street fair for the Tour of Utah the last 2 years.
Great vibe in the shop, friendly, easy to talk to, and more helpful than any other shop I've visited. As a bonus, there's a tasty Mexican restaurant right next door!

Best bike shop in the Bountiful, Centerville, and Farmington area. Jeff is a cool guy that will treat you right. I won't take my bikes anywhere else.

When I first moved here to Utah this was where I finally bought my own bicycle for the first time and not have anybody else buy one for me.

Had a couple of small bike repairs that needed done on both my bike and Husband's bike.
Decided to try out the shop in my hometown. I had seen it from the outside many times and thought the old timey shoppe front was fun and cute.
The service was great and they were very friendly. I'll be back. I'm a new Loyal customer.

I've tried many times to find something I can like about this shop as it's down the street from me and I like to support local business. 4/5 times I can never find anything I need or want. The staff is usually rude and unpleasant to be around. They try to push their products instead of actually look at what you have and fix it. The last time I went they told me I needed to replace derailers and cassettes on a newish bike I have, I took it down to Scheels and it was a simple chain link that got bent. I really wanted to like this place but after constant failure, and this blantant middle finger to me as a customer trying to rip me off for service money I can't recommend this place to anyone for any reason.
