The Mabery Gelvin Botanical gardens are beautiful in the spring, summer and fall. It is a great place to relax, learn about the historical school house or take photos among the wide variety of flowers.

Not a large place, but well maintained, several interesting garden areas, a waterfall and pond. Behind the Museum of the Grand Prairie, part of the Lake of the Woods Park.
