Maid Aide

Jason and the rest of the staff were always very pleasant to deal with and talk to. My home was cleaned monthly, and Maid Aide always did a fantastic job. I highly recommend!

The cleaning was great but the common sense was lacking. Lights were left on, garbage was put (still open) in the recycling bin and other little things were annoying. The last straw though was when they opened the kennel of my 50+ pound dog and put her large tug rope in with her. This was after they'd been specifically told at hiring to never open the kennel door or do anything with the dog at any point, that the dog was in the kennel for her and their safety.

We have been using Maid Aide for bi-weekly cleanings for almost a year now, and couldn't be more pleased. The customer service is great; they respond quickly, are very flexible, and do all they can to meet your specific needs. In addition, they have never missed a scheduled cleaning. Thanks!

From the first conversation, the staff at Maid Aide were great. Jason, the main contact for me, was very accommodating and helpful. The actual cleaning service was great. They did four of my rooms in my house, in a little over an hour. I was able to come home and relax because everything was clean and smelling fresh. I had such a good experience the first time, I'm using them again tomorrow. I plan on being a recurring customer. Thanks, Jason, and the other staff for your professionalism and hard work.

I am so pleased with this company. They have come to my home three times and each time I am blown away by the quality of the work they do. It means so much to a busy mom to not have to worry about the deep cleaning. They are such a blessing to me and my family. Thank you MaidAide!!!
