MOLLY MAID of Troy

After using a private cleaning lady, we decided to try out a commercial company and I’m glad we did. Brittany and Jennifer have been cleaning for us for months. They are very diligent, attentive, and dedicated. There were a couple times in the winter which the snow storm had closed our street, but they still came even when some of the mail deliveries wouldn’t even make it. Their work is thorough and detailed. And I like that they use their time wisely and would be flexible with what they clean and optimize the time to give us what we needed. They are a very reliable and professional team!

Brittany and Jennifer were thorough and neat. Great at their job. Even more, they were fun to talk to; kind people to have in our home. Added bonus for sure. Then, of course, our home sparkled when they left. I have a long-term illness and my husband does a lot to help us both. This is just one way to ensure we have some extra help and time to ourselves. Thank you!

We have been having Team 1, Rose and Jenn O, cleaning for the last 6 weeks or so and am more than pleased with the service they give us. It is so nice to have the whole house clean in one day anew believe it stays cleaner than when try to clean it over the course of a couple. They were even cheerful when we took in Leader Dog mom and her 7 puppies adding more obstacles for them to clean around plus more dog fur. Excellent service.

We've used Molly Maid of Troy going on four years now. I've always been relatively happy with the job completed and have always determined the cleaning to be worth the money. I've never had a complaint! Does my home literally sparkle every time they walk out the door? No. However, I'm not paying for the "sparkle" service either. I pay a team to come in every couple of weeks to do a fairly routine cleaning in a fraction of the time it would take me. They do many things better than I would and some things differently - but I get what I'm paying for: a clean house and my time. Over the years we've had a few different teams. Our current team, Team 6, has been with us for over a year - at least one of our ladies. They're always friendly and accommodating. I work from home and they're never an inconvenience. They work hard while they're there, do a good job and are still sociable and efficient. I look forward to the days that they visit me!

Both Clara and Farrah are great workers. They do an excellent and through job of cleaning my condo. They are very friendly and play with my dog. He loves them. Keep hiring people like these and you can't go wrong!
