I could not be happier with the service of Molly Maid! Monique and Latonnia do an excellent job. When they leave my house it is spotless! They are professional and friendly. I also appreciate that they are consistent and efficient. What they are able to accomplish in a short period of time would take me an entire day to get through. Thanks for keeping my home clean and making my life easier!!!

I was very excited about hiring Molly Maid to clean our home every other week. We decided to go with them as they are considered a reputable company and we had had issues with the reliability of an independent cleaning lady we had hired previously. We scheduled the initial cleaning for last Friday afternoon. We had guests arriving Friday evening and a family party at our home on Sunday so I was excited to have a deep cleaning of the home taken off my plate and expressed this to the woman who helped me set the appointment. They called Friday morning (the morning of) to cancel because some of their crew called off. They said they would need to reschedule but haven’t contacted me to do so. Obviously, emergencies can come up, but I am extremely disappointed by both the major inconvenience and the lack of customer service. I will update my review if anything changes.

I’ve had the Molly Maids crew come to my house several times after receiving a gift card and they’ve been so great and helpful. They’re fast but give good attention to detail and are always very kind and courteous. They’ve been totally willing to use my own natural chemical-free cleaners and even tell me which ones they like best :) I’ve had Team 8 (Shantell and Tiara) the past few times and have loved having the two of them! It is such a game changer for us not to have to worry about cleaning every weekend. I’d highly recommend them!

I've been very satisfied with my Molly Maid service. They show up on time, are friendly, and clean so efficiently and effectively. I could never get my house this clean doing it myself. Thank you Kelly and Tiara!

Excellent service. I've had at least two teams come to my home once a month and they were spectacular. Most recently Team 5 came to my home and did a superb job. I would highly recommend this Molly Maid location.
