My complaint is not about the cleaning staff...I cancelled my service with maid to clean after my last cleaning in Sept 2017, more than 5 months ago. Yesterday they put a charge on my checking account for $175. i am not expecting any charges from Maid to Clean because I do not have a contract with them. When I went to pay my mortgage I noticed that the funds I deposited that morning were not there. I immediately called Maid to Clean and the person I spoke with (Mariellis, spelling might be wrong)) was totally unprofessional. She treated me as if I was lying and wanted to shout over me and tell me nothing was going to be done until the morning when the accountant comes in. She then hangs up the phone. It was determined that they made a mistake and charged me for someone else service with similar name. I understand that mistakes happen but the attitude of the individual left a bad taste in my mouth. I will say that they will never clean my house again or my mother's house or my sister's house. Because of this individual Maid to Clean has lost 3 clients. that may not matter since they have been in business for so long but i work hard for my money and you do not have to right to be so flip about it and treat me the way that you did. I recommend some training for her if she is going to be the voice that represents company. FYI should be no stars but system would not let me post otherwise.

Very unprofessional company. I booked for 3 hours, the maids stayed for 1 hour and 30 minutes and charged me for 3. The maids don't even speak English so it's hard to communicate with them, and they still put down 2 hours despite me trying to explain to them that they only stayed for 1.5. Speaking with Dawn, the only apparent scheduler they have is an absolute nightmare as well. She kept stringing me along telling me she'd get back to me about the billing after she spoke to AR, but I'd still have to keep calling her since she always ducks me/avoids me, claiming she has a meeting whenever I call and that she'll call me back, etc. Now, they don't even respond. Finally they said they'll refund me the remainder and charge me for only the 1.5 hours, but they still haven't refunded it and it's been almost two 2 weeks, (they told me it'd appear in no more than 3-5 days). Even my bank says it should've been posted by now. The overall clean wasn't good either, after walking around in white socks, I noticed they were still pretty dirty. Now here's what I don't get, if I booked for 3 hours, why didn't the maids just stay the full 3 or at least 2 (like they lied and wrote down) so they could do a better job? I had it done on a weekend so the 24 hr guarantee was a scam since I wasn't able to get a hold of anyone the next day so Dawn couldn't help me. Do yourself a favor and don't believe the false promises Dawn says. She makes it sound like she'll take care of you and etc. but it ends up being very shady business dealing with them. They never returned my remaining money and cheated me so I'll be pursuing further action.

LizDania and Arelis do such a great job on our home every time! They are very thorough and so sweet. I'm so thankful for their help. Thank you Maid to Clean!

We used Maid to Clean for bi-weekly cleaning services and were initially very pleased, but service went down hill fast. The problems started when we noticed the crew was not staying for the full two hours we had paid for, and items were missed such as dusting chair rails around the house. Our biggest complaint is that our stainless steel stove finish was damaged due to improper cleaning and we were "compensated" with two free cleanings, for a value of $160. We let this slide, but should have canceled right then an there because a few weeks later our microwave was damaged and marks began appear on our walls. When asked how we would be compensated for these new issues we were simply told "sorry, you have already been given two free cleanings." We STRONGLY recommend you look elsewhere for professional cleaning services!
