A Zing Zap Cleaning Service LLC

I called this company for a quote, a few months before that I remember calling and speaking to a male. I travel a lot for work and in addition to that I also own a local business, so time got ahead of me and I was not able to book an appointment with them. So, I decided to call today because I have a bit of free time, at this point I figured the reviews are great, so why not. With credit card in hand I made the call I was greeted by a female Dee, I honestly thought I had the wrong number she didn’t even mention the name of the company. So, I stated I am calling for a quote. She then proceeded to interrogate me, why do I need a cleaning? Why didn’t I book before? Where do you live (I had to literally give her step by step directions to my home) . We literally spent majority of the call with her asking me questions, I barley spoke other than to reiterate I am just calling for a quote. Her tone was so rude and condescending I politely ended the call. I know how a critical a disparaging review can affect a company because I own a small business myself. However, I did not like how I felt while speaking with her she seemed border line combative. I must say I did not use their services (and I am not planning to) this is based solely on their customer service.

Zing Zap provides excellent service - reliable, consistent, conscientious, secure. I trust my home to Zing Zap, and the results speak for themselves. Zing Zap gives me the gift of time, and I’m grateful that I stumbled upon their website nearly 2 years ago. Zing Zap will have my business indefinitely!!!!

Husband and wife team, that do a great cleaning on my house every other week. They also do furbabysitting for me. My two cats love them. They are always prompt and professional.

They were wonderful, on time, they did a great job. They loved my cats, & my cats loved them! The place was sparkling clean. I cant't wait to use them again.

I called A Zing Zap Cleaning for a Move-Out/Move-In House Clean ... this home Looked and Smelled Wonderful! Dee & Stephen are true professionals and I would recommend them and their company to Families and Rental Companies! Thanks you two!
