Review We purchased a home and needed a move-in cleaning service. We also needed to a company that could be at the house unattended and expect them to complete the job without micromanagement. On move-in day we called to verify they would be ok arriving and cleaning unsupervised. They said it would be ok. So, we left the internet tech there to do his job (and he did so with no problems) and went to get our things out of storage. They also asked if there are any areas we wanted them to focus on. We said we needed the kitchen and the bathrooms to receive a lot of care. We arrived at the house later with our tuck. When we opened the garage door, you could see our boxes were wet. Apparently it rained and they didn't know how to close the door. A sensor wasn't aligned correctly, so it wouldn't close. Instead of calling us, they left it open. When I entered the house it smelled as if it were cleaned. The toilet seats even had these little paper wraps over them indicating they were cleaned. We were very wrong. The house wasn't cleaned thoroughly. The oven was disgusting. The refrigerator was untouched. There was a gross build-up on the toilet lid hinges. There was dust on eye-level towel hangers and even more dust on things like light fixtures. The glass on the sliding glass door was partially cleaned. You can tell it was too high for them and they made no efforts to clean it. The shower door had build up at the bottom that they made no effort to clean. The list goes on. I called and spoke to someone and expressed how disappointed I was with the level of cleanliness in the home. The woman said she visited the house and checked on their work. That is quite discouraging. If the supervisor didn't even see the poor quality of work, how would you expect the employees to do a good job? They came back on while my wife was home trying to unpack. She couldn't micromanage the adult employees and our kids at the same time. Why would she be expected to micromanage cleaners? This company did a terrible job and I would not recommend them to anyone.
