Two Maids & A Mop

My husband surprised me by hiring your cleaning staff and I was impressed with a job well done. It was in a very messy condition but they cleaned and organized our laundry room and closet as part of the initial cleaning service. They also cleaned inside the kitchen appliances which was a real treat. The only minor critique to offer is one of the mirrors was rather streaky and there was still a bit of dust on one of the ceiling fans. All-in-all this was a wonderful service and we will definitely continue using Two Maids & a Mop!

I recently had my house cleaned for the first time by Two Maids & A Mop. I was very impressed and happy with my cleaning. The staff Wes sent to my house did an excellent job. I plan to keep them for monthly service. I'm very picky about cleaning, tried other services and was not happy. This was a job that was done with excellence . Customer service and response time is excellent. The two employees schedule for 120 minutes of cleaning worked efficiently and completed my task list with time to spare. The employees were both friendly and well represented themselves as well as the company. It was nice having their assistance with daily chores while I worked from home. I will definitely be a repeat customer. Thank you!

We used Two Maids & A Mop when we were moving out of our townhouse. They were excellent! The place looked brand-new. From inside the fridge to the windows - it was fabulous! We will definitely be using again.

Second time using this service, and am definitely disappointed. They have a "one hour window" for arriving. I attempted to call their office numerous times to confirm the team was coming since it was a holiday. They were in a meeting and therefore didn't answer. I left messages on the machine. They did refund my money minus the $25 but their team is also very happy to argue with you on the phone and defend what they feel are acceptable customer service skills. However, I don't think that having a receptionist is an unreasonable demand so that your customers can be reassured their team is arriving. The Maids are more expensive but worth it. You get what you pay for.
