UPDATE: Since my deep clean I have been continuing my service with Molly Maids and although I got a new team I am still very happy with the service. Maria and her partner are timely, efficient and very pleasant. ORIGINAL: I was most impressed by the fact that they followed my exact instructions and requests. They arrived on time and worked in a synchronized manner getting done with a deep clean in 2 hours. I have scheduled additional services. Keep up the good work ladies.

I have used Molly Maid in my prior home when I moved out and they did a great job. With my schedule being so insane in the new house I decided to use their services for cleaning on a weekly basis and it has been wonderful. Instead of spending my day off cleaning the house I’m able to get so much more done and not stress about a dirty house. Throughout the week I’ll do a little pickup but don’t need to worry about the deep cleaning. Wish I would have chose this service years ago! So worth it!

Molly Maid was readily available when we needed last minute assistance prior to a house-viewing. In preparation of selling our home, we will definitely be counting on Molly Maid to help us prepare for upcoming open houses. The two girls that showed up (Krystie and Rebeccah) were very kind, efficient, and did their job in a timely manner. They dusted everything, to include ceiling fans and baseboards, scrubbed the bathrooms, swept, vacuumed, and mopped. Our appliances look amazing as well! We definitely appreciate their services.

Extremely hard to communicate with. I hired their services for a couple of months until I finally found someone I could trust for half the money. - I asked if the cleaners could call me while they are in the house, they said yes, but they forgot to call me. - My cleaning was scheduled to arrive between 12 and 2 and they showed up an hour earlier when no one was home. - I had guests arriving at 4pm and they told they will finish cleaning before then. They were supposed to arrive between 12 and 2 and they arrived late at 3pm. My guests had to wait for half an hour outside the house for them to finish. And the cleaning was sloppy again. - I asked if they could let me know when the house is running short on things like toilet paper and they said yes. But they never did. - the cleaning is sloppy and I’ve seen side tables no even being wiped. Crumbs on the floor, etc..
