They keep my little condo clean and I've never felt concerned for any of my belongings. They also respond to small requests or will use my own chemicals if desired.

I had Sofia come to my house last week. It was a mess and really dusty. She cleaned up the place so well. When my girl came home she was so excited! Love it when my lady is very happy! Sofia you rock! Will use you again!

We have been clients of Sophie & Mark for many years and have always been satisfied with their service. Their teams do their job exceptionally well and we have recommended them to numerous friends and acquaintances. They are extremely responsive to almost any request for scheduling and special cleans. They do a fantastic job on my home and they do great work for "move out" cleaning on a property I manage and for my military friends when they PCS. Give them a call for a clean, you won't be disappointed!

A friend recommended Royal Maids to me years ago, and they have been doing a great job cleaning our house ever since. The owners are responsive, helpful, honest, and kind. It's a wonderful thing to come home to a clean house, and I'm very thankful to have found this company. I highly recommend them.

I wouldn't hire them again. They did send two girls who came with their own cleaning supplies. They arrived right on time and were very polite and worked quietly. But then they left with my washcloth I had in the kitchen. I did call and was told they would return it, but never heard from them. It wasn't a kitchen cloth, but a thick bathroom washcloth. That might not be so bad but they never swept my bedroom floor. I can't understand missing that because the two cleaners had one bedroom, one bathroom and one kitchen in a very small house -- no laundry room area, which I clean as it is where my cat's food and litter is. The second bedroom is a computer room, with electronics and cables, and I closed the door so they didn't have to do anything in there. I didn't have windows done, there was nothing special I just wanted a good cleaning though I did say focus on the bath and kitchen, I think they could have swept the bedroom floor and left my washcloth. This is the second time in about five or six years I have used this company, and this is also the second time I was missing something, only then it was something more important. A lesson learned. I could have hired others who were willing to do my house for less, but silly me I thought the cheapest isn't always the best. They did get most everything else clean, but nothing special.
