The Cleaning Authority - Brandon

I cancelled service because many spots were missed during cleaning. The last clean was horrible and when I asked for refund, I was told to email pictures as proof. I emailed pictures Friday. No response so emailed videos Monday. They still have not responded. Going on fourth business day that I have expressed my dissatisfaction and they seem to not care. They should not market items as being hand wiped when it's clearly not. This is more of a tidying up service not cleaning.

My home sparkles from top to bottom thanks to the fantastic work done each week by Yoadys and Yolanda of Team #35. These wonderful ladies always make sure that my home looks beautiful, especially for the holidays when my family comes to visit. They work so well together and are so pleasant and friendly. They are the absolute best cleaning team I have ever had and I want to keep them forever!

I cannot imagine life without these ladies. Giselle and Grisel have been cleaning my home for about three years and I could not be more pleased with the job they do. On top of their thoroughness, they are thoughtful and friendly, but also very professional and respectful. I work from home, and occasionally talk to them about non-work topics, but if I didn't engage them, they would work as non-intrusively as possible. I love the deep clean rotation system - it has all but eliminated my spring and fall cleaning rituals because long-term grime doesn't build up. I take the time to make sure our things are picked up and out of the way as much as possible so that when they are in my home, they can focus on getting things CLEAN, not moving my kids' toys out of the way.

We have used the Cleaning Authority for years. They are reliable and consistently do an outstanding job. Team #5 - Stephanie and Marisol - are a great team! They spent a lot of time making sure the house was cleaned thoroughly.

I have been with the cleaning authority since 2013 and I am very pleased with the service I have received. The ladies on my team, Giselle and Grisel, are always prompt, very thorough and fast. They are truly pros and I appreciate them and the training they received from the cleaning authority. I highly recommend them.
