MaidPro of Tampa - Maid Service

I have been using MaidPro for many years and have been very satisfied with the services I've received. This week (May 17) Natalia took very good care of my house and left it in tiptop shape! I appreciate MaidPro so much for this valuable service - I love coming home to a clean house!

Isabel, Ianne and Yolenny did a great job. They took extra time and caution to clean all the areas I requested including the light fixtures (some were a little hard to get to). They had collected a lot of dust and dirt lately. Greatly appreciated their assistance with keeping our house clean and comfortable.

After the maids left my townhouse, they left my front door ajar open!! And I wasn’t home! I didn’t come home until 4 hours after they left. Apart from that, they are not thorough with their cleaning. I constantly had to remind them to clean very obvious things (I.e. dresser top, shower head, shower wall, and baseboards). When I asked one of the maids to clear the shower head, she responded she was too short to do that...she wasn’t that short! I asked them to bring a short stool with them and that never happened. They would also sweep dirt under my sofa- I had to insist they move the furniture to get it. They needed constant supervision. They would constantly get lost on their way to my house, causing them to be late. I tried to work with them for 6months and they didn’t get any better. Leaving my door ajar was the very last straw. Maid Pro hires young, immature, and irresponsible workers who dislike cleaning. I couldn’t trust them with the cleaning and I couldn’t trust them with keeping my possessions safe. Save yourself the headache.

Dependable and trustworthy is the best way I can describe MaidPro. I know when they come out to clean they are going to get my place spotless. I would highly recommend.
