BJK Cleaning 5 Hours of Services 100 only

Didnt clean much, but the place smelled like cleaner. Tried to understand why kindly and were pretty rude. Im hoping they do the right thing by us on billing but so far they have not been very honest in their dealings with us.

Owner Anna is Rude and unprofessional. I used the service July of 2016 and never used then again due to an item coming up missing not saying it was stolen but, I haven't seen it since. I received a pop up this morning 1/19/18 saying that I called for service and I didn't. While trying to let her know this is not correct she completely went off the deep end wouldn't let me speak yelling and threatening me about a bill I would receive. Stay away from this service that 5 hours is only 2 hours anyway and they will not complete the service past the 2hrs. If she speaks to clients that way I feel bad for the employees. I'm waiting for this so called RECORDED appointment I made. Anna you need to find a soft skills training class. Investigate the situation before you jump off the bridge going foward.

Avoid this company! Look at FB reviews, its a scam. They collect your personal information for criminal purposes which is why they dont do any work and people are getting stuff stolen. They also stole from us. STAY AWAY!!!!

totally inconsistent! Used to be good, horrible now! First time they were amazing, & very detailed oriented. We were using them on a regular basis, but each time got worse & worse. They dont have good cleaning equipment to start with, they bought a squeezie that you would use to wash your windshield wipers with a small rag, I watched as the girl never even washed it out or rinsed the dirty rag. I am familiar t with the cuban mop technique but you have to consistently change the rag or rinse it out.. the floor was gross! My house smelled dirtier when they moped.. I recently saw them using windex instead of bleach to clean my kitchen, and bathrooms! I constantly had to go over & re- do everything behind them.. They never swept under beds or furniture, & when they swept my bathroom, they never picked up the rugs or the scale, & I had to say something to them.. they were very rude.. My $ is worth more than to be ripped off! Never again!

They are a scam! They lie and give you the impression that it will be 5 hours of service for $100 and leave after 2 hours. The 2 ladies barely cleaned anything. Bathroom is still dirty and bedroom and kitchen was practically left untouched. I called the lady/ owner Anna to complain about the horrible service and she kept cutting me off and then hung up on me. I called her back to tell her that she's being very unprofessional and this is not how you treat a customer and she replied yes it is if the customer doesn't appreciate their business. She was very rude!I have been trying to call her multiple times but she keeps hanging up on me! Please do yourself a favor and stay away from this business that is only interested in taking your money and not providing good customer service!
