Royal Maid Service

They came to my house and gave me an hour and money estimate to do a first-time move in clean service. I pointed out certain aspects I was picky about (nothing out of the ordinary, window frames and bathrooms and kitchen clean). Two ladies came in and took their sweet time cleaning the master bath, not even husling to get clean and after I pointed certain things that they missed (like clean in a drawer or wipe a mirror - obvious things) all they had to say was "Oh, didn't see that". Anyways, I had to go out and run errands. An hour later I get a call from their boss telling me that they need more time and if I was to approve the time so they can get the work done. In my head I was like, "Sure... now that they know that I want what I paid for they must run to some nasty things that they need more time". Such a disappointment. I came back and certain things were pretty clean. But overall, horrendous service and the fact that I paid for more time and the things I pointed out to them at the beginning didn't get done... I was so irritated with the service. I called them and said, "What is up with all these things and how come they didn't get done and to top it off, you charged me more time for this and I ended up paying for it?!" They didn't say anything but offered for another crew to come clean. To this I said "I don't want another one of your sucky crews to come and waste more of my time to come do a sucky job". Anyways, they never returned my money back or anything. I requested for a portion of my money to be returned to me if the service obviously didn't get done. They didn't even do that and after me calling several times, I have yet to receive a call back. Overall, very disappointed. Do not get these people to clean your house (at least first time move in clean).
