MOLLY MAID of the Treasure Coast

I have had Molly Maids since I moved to Florida in 2014. They are a very professional and expert house cleaning service. The staff is gracious and always willing to do whatever is necessary to make my home beautifully cleaned. We have had a very difficult medical situation with my husband, and the young women who come to my home have been compassionate and caring for us. This is not just a service to clean your home, but a company that cares about its clients and presenting itself in the most professional and helpful way possible. The best crew ever, Hope and Tamara, have made our lives so much easier. Great company and wonderful employees. Rachel is great too.

GREAT COMPANY! They truly care about their customers. Team 8 - Ruth and Mabel have taken great care of my elderly mother. I live out of state and they give me peace of mind knowing they are genuine, honest and truly compassionate. This company all the way from Rachel in the office down to the the ladies that come out are top notch! I would never have another company.

My company used this service for 3+ years. Employees were always pleasant and on time. Services were great. When I needed to call for re scheduling the office people very helpful and friendly and willing to work things out. I highly recommend Treasure Coast Molly Maids.

We have a brand new home in Tradition and wanted to try to keep it looking as nice as the day we moved in. There were several cleaning services in our area and I arbitrarily selected Molly Maid of the Treasure Coast for our initial interview. After interacting with its owner, Jeff, we felt confident in giving them the first opportunity to show us what they could do. As Jeff told us in that first interview, we were to "give them chores that we did not want to do ourselves" and for us "NOT to pre-clean prior to their arrival" (as my mother used to do). The team of young ladies that they sent over were speedy yet highly efficient in their approach to the list of things that we wanted them to tackle. In fact, so much so, that we had to find other things for them to do to complete their scheduled time. They are not opposed to cleaning our windows from both inside and outside and washing the tile floors and baseboards prior to their leaving. They never complain and are personable and friendly and always give us a 10 minute heads up prior to their arrival. We were going to be away during their last scheduled visit and I felt comfortable in leaving our house key with the office. It was so nice coming home to a clean and neat looking home...

Set up a cleaning several weeks in advance only to get a no-show. Called back to reschedule after we moved out and they took my credit card and then refused to clean because the power has been turned off. So basically they have my credit card and refused to come wipe down countertops and whatnot. Not sure why they wanted my credit check info if right after I gave it to them they refused service. Super sketchy. Going to need to watch my bank account like a hawk now.
