Maid Right of South Miami

Was hoping to have a good experience with them, but unfortunately it was not the case. I picked them based on the great reviews they had, but wish I had picked another cleaning provider. I had family coming from abroad, and called Maid Right of Miami many weeks in advance to make the appointment. I must have spoken with the lady over the phone 4 to 5 times, confirmed the appointment, gave them my credit card information and all. Now, I am seating here writing this review, because NO ONE SHOWED UP. That's right. My appointment was for 1:30pm, and at 1:40pm I decided to give them a call. For my surprise, they had no idea they were supposed to come. Received a bunch of excuses, but at the end of the day, none of this matters. Now I have to leave work early, clean the entire apartment and go pick up the family at the airport. Will not trust them anymore. If you confirm multiple times and they don't show up, whatever they say after, means nothing to me.

I hired Maid Right after remodeling my house. It was a post construction job and I was in a rush to move in. They were able to send a team to my home the same day. Very professional and efficient team.They covered all my needs and worked hard to get rid of the dust. At the office they were very knowledgeable and friendly, they follow up with me at the end of the service to make sure I was fully satisfied. They also gave me a very reasonable quote to use them on a regular basis. I will definitely use them every other week when I'm all settled in. I highly recommend Maid Right to anyone that wants to find professionalism and commitment in a cleaning company.

Hi, I want to share my experience with Maid Right. I have lived in Sunny Isles, Florida for 34 years. I can honestly say I have never had such wonderful and experienced cleaning persons like Gloria and Andreas. They are kind, professional, and I love when it's time for them to come to my Townhouse. When they leave the place is gleaming and has that great smell of clean! Highly recommend this company!

I love this Company, it was a nice experience to have them in my house a few days ago.The team was very professional and the service was excellent, they were gentle and had really good customer service.In fact, I would definitely use and recommend them to anyone...

My home needed lots of attention, and Maid Right of South Miami really did a marvelous job getting it clean for me. I am extremely satisfied, and the cost was most reasonable.
