I've used this service for the past two years, I've always been happy with the quality of work & I've never had a complaint. I've used the same team on a recurring bi-weekly service and have even referred them to friends and family. I recently moved and wanted to get my team out to the new property for a move-in cleaning but was told they were unavailable on the date I needed. I agreed to have another team come this one time and then continue my recurring service with my original team. This was a mistake. 1. The cabinets/drawers were not all wiped down. There was still dust/debris on and in some of them. 2. The stove still had a layer of dust on it as if it wasn’t wiped down. 3. You could feel the grit along the surface of the marble counters and tub which lets me know they were not wiped down. 4. The fridge was not done. 5. The floors do not appear to be mopped in the bathrooms as I could still see shoe prints from the shoes I wore earlier in the day. 6. The inside of the washer and dryer were not wiped down, there was still debris in the dryer. Those are just SOME of the things I noticed upon coming back to the house. To make things worse, they left my sliding glass door open, WIDE OPEN. Not even thinking to have closed the screen, I had so many mosquito's in the house by the time I got there around 9:00 PM! I promptly sent an email to Sun Cleaning addressing my concerns. I was livid being movers were scheduled to come the following morning to bring our belongings. What a complete waste! Natalia from Sun Cleaning called me early the next morning after receiving my email and scheduled the same team to come back to my home that afternoon to re-clean. I agreed to this solely because of my relationship with this company. Another mistake. I will say this, the re-clean was fine. The ladies addressed all areas of concern. However, they had to maneuver around furniture and boxes and the movers who were coming in and out with their hand trucks. Not an ideal situation being we're in a limited space (1100 sq ft), but they did their best to make it work and I appreciated that. But the biggest slap in the face had yet to come. I have never had a cleaning last more than two hours. Realistically, I've only ever had a 2/2, never larger that 1300 sq ft. We're talking a completely empty, brand new, never lived in apartment. I could have cleaned the property by myself in 2 hours. However, two professional cleaners claim that it took them 3 hours. I've never been so insulted. It's truly a slap in the face! I called Sun Cleaning immediately the following morning when I noticed the $50.00 overcharge and spoke with Natalia. I explained to her there was no way these ladies were in my home for 3 hours (especially being the apartment wasn't cleaned accordingly the first time around). My recurring team has always completed my deep cleanings and regular cleanings within 2 hours at the homes I've lived in and/or referred them to. I explained to her I felt I was being taken advantage of being I wasn't at the property for the actual cleaning. In the end, I told Natalia calmly if she was unwilling to do the right thing I'd have to cancel my recurring service. Her response: "No problem Ms. Guillaume, I will cancel your bi-weekly service". So the $50 (for time that wasn't worked) was more important to them than the $2,000 that's made off my recurring service for a year? How can I willingly support or recommend a business who treats their long time customers like this? My advice to others: Find a company who cares about their customers.

A friend told me about this company and after reading some reviews i was hesitant but trusted my friend. I could not have made a better choice. The young lady at the call center is super nice (which is not common from people in call centers) and she is very accommodating and has even fit me in with last minute appointments when there are openings available. The maids are proffesional and very thorough. Communication is important so any particular thing you might need let them know and they will accomodate as best as they can. Looking at some of the reviews its clear some people are a little unrealistic and get mad when they dont get their way or dont communicate. Try this service for yourself and you wont regret it!!

We are new to the Fort Lauderdale area and found Sun Cleaning and tried them out. We were very happy with the service we received. The people were very friendly, which means a lot as I am Texas native who is used to southern hospitality and was impressed. More importantly they did an excellent job on the cleaning of our condo and we will definitely use them again! Once you find someone who is great and trustworthy you don't let go. Thank you for all your hard work - we definitely appreciated it!!!

We needed our Coral Springs condo cleaned prior to our arrival and began our search from Connecticut. Sun Cleaning is one of the best south Florida decisions we have made! Their team is incredibly professional and friendly. They work to get everything completed within the time allotted are VERY, VERY trustworthy. In fact, we have had the Sun Cleaning team enter and clean our home while we are in Connecticut. Moreover, every nook and cranny, including our patio, is spic and span and smells wonderful. We LOVE this company and are delighted to have found them. We would be happy to provided references and details.

We had used Sun Cleaning on the date stated and we called them recently to have them clean our place, and things went quickly downhill. Apparently, the owner never answers the phone and is an absentee owner. In his place, he put a woman who barely speaks intelligible English and doesn't know much beyond reciting the standard script of rates. If there is any question or problem she can't answer it and it's apparently above her skills. Consequently, I asked the owner to call me since his order taker/ receptionist was giving us ridiculously high prices to clean our places ($45/hr. and $135 to clean our small place). Needless to say the owner is so lazy that he never even bothered to return our call. And judging by the poor reviews he and Sun Cleaning have received here maybe it's a good thing. It seems this business has gone completely downhill and maybe this is just one of the owner's pet projects that he is do busy or too thrifty to have well run. I'll pass on them and I would recommend you do the same! Not only do the people scheduling the appointments not speak English, all of the girls are illegal aliens and hardly speak a word of English!
