Signature Maids

Very nice people. On time. First time ever for house being dirtier when a service left than when they came. Not sure what they did, BUT, they did charge me double of any other service I have used over the last 30 years or so. That is an accomplishment of some sort, I suppose.

Excellent service after Hurricane Irma. Three wonderful maids with top notch cleaning skills. Fast, courteous and thorough. Very pleased and impressed.

Signature Maids... Now when I hear or say that name I don’t think about anything being signature or of quality at all. I also don’t think Kevin appreciates the true value of a hard working individual that pays for his services. It’s been twice now that my mother and I have had an issue with simple things such as cleaning mold spots in a bathroom to not properly vacuuming the floor. And Kevin the big shot owner, says that ohh I would’ve sent them back to fix it but since you have another cleaning scheduled we’ll take care of it then? What kinda Bull*hit is this? This in no way is a way to not only run a company but treat a paying customer with disrespect. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY FOR ANY OF YOUR NEEDS, BEING THAT THE OWNER COULD CARE LESS ABOUT HIS CUSTOMERS AND EVEN STATED TO US TO GO LOOK ELSE WHERE.

I have been with Signature Maids for a few years now. I have never been disappointed. Their employees are friendly, thorough and reliable. I especially like that bar unforeseen circumstances, the same team comes into my home and know exactly what I like and what to do. They return items to the proper places so I don't have to spend any time putting things back in order. They are extremely careful with your cherished belongings.The office staff is very accommodating. I have used many individuals and services over may years and Signature Maids is quite frankly the very best.

I'm writing this review after just paying another company to clean what I already paid signature maids to do. I'm completely unsatisfied and I attempted to contact the owner directly and he promised to get back to me and has not. We hired Signature Maids for a move in clean. After 5 hours of 'cleaning' they left thick layers of dust on bedroom ceiling fans, dirt in drawers and closets, only did 2/3 of the windows (which I paid an extra 75 for them to do) to name a few things. During the cleaning I saw one of the workers dragging a bucket of BLACK water around to clean my floors. It was disgusting. On top of that, when I complained I was told one employee was in training. Why send someone unqualified to clean my home? All in all I'm dissapointed. I would not rehire nor would I recommend them to anyone.
