The Maids

I have been using them for the last 5 years. They are terrific. They come as a team and they are very organized and professional. What would take 1 person all day... these girls are done in a couple of hours. My house is spotless... they don’t take shortcuts and they don’t take breaks or talk on their phones. Each girl has a specific task to complete. When she is finished, she will help the others. I will never use anyone else. Ray the owner, goes over and beyond to accommodate my needs, especially with scheduling. I highly recommend this company, they are worth every penny.

Great team. Work well together. Amazing customer service from owner and team. Comminicate what you need done and they will do it. Thank you for my clean house.

Have used this service for several years. Dependable and a very friendly staff who do a great job. Management is conscientious and are willing to "work with you" when appointments need last minute changes.

Had high hopes for this company today. With my wife being pregnant I haven't had time to keep up with some of the detailed house work. They made it out on the phone like they come and disinfect the whole house top to bottom. Wipe all the base boards "By hand". My experience: 1) they were late bout 2.5 hrs to be exact. Kept me updated but still an inconvenience. Said 10:00am got there at 12:35pm. Smoked outside until 12.45pm. Started physically cleaning at 12:54pm. Charged me from: 12:37-2:37pm. 2) they wiped all the furniture with a dry rag ( NO POLISH), it's still dusty. I could have done the same job with my swifter duster. 3) they missed the bedroom window ledge, bathroom light fixtures and top of microwave, didn't clean bedroom windows only sliding doors window. 4) just a plain vacuum, didn't move the rugs, no deodorizer. For this job they charged $37.5 per person x 3 = 112 x 2hrs= $225.00. Might I add my wife and I removed all items from both bathrooms and kitchen for easy, quick access to the counters. Honestly for the quality of work they should charge more like $20 per person. Then I wouldn't feel like I was stuck paying quality prices for mediocre work. I won't be using The Maids services ever again and if anyone asks what I think about them... "It's not worth it". If you want it done right, do it yourself.
