DO NOT USE THEM!!! ALL ONE STARS ON Yelp, I wish I would have checked Yelp first. Go read the reviews and don't waste your money because you'll have to get it re cleaned. Luckily I only needed a cleaning on a property that was pretty clean to begin with. The only positive I can say is that the owner was great and cares about you being satisfied, but the cleaning was absolutely TERRIBLE. The cleaners don't know how to properly clean. I hired them for a deep clean for an empty (already previously cleaned) rental unit to prepare for new tenant and it was unbelievable the amount of stuff they missed. The appliances (dishwasher, microwave, fridge, stove) were not wiped, they had finger prints and smudge marks everywhere. The entire kitchen and floor was not wiped thoroughly. The way they clean is to use a slightly damp rag and spray one spot at a time and wipe one spot at a time. The area as a whole is not wiped down with cleaning solution. It's gross, actually. At one point, I had to get on my hands and knees and show them how to clean, otherwise they'd leave spots all over the floor. I had to spend an hour just pointing out what they missed and where to clean. They should know how to wipe down appliances and floors without me pointing out each spot. It was unbearable. Waste of time and money. Even worse, they ruined the stainless steel on the dishwasher by rubbing one spot so hard and then proceeded to tell me it was like that! Even though I just took a pic of it two minutes before hand when it wasn't like that. The owner was nice and said he'd send another crew until we were satisfied, but no way was I wasting my time with them anymore than that. There were two cleaners. The man tried to fix everything I pointed out, but the FEMALE SAT OUTSIDE POUTING and REFUSING TO HELP even though I hired them for 4 hours and they were sitting outside waiting for me to pay them after 2.75 hours. You've been warned.

I hired L & L to do a deep cleaning of my ‘mother in law’ apartment that was left DISGUSTING by the previous tenant. The deep cleaning service cost $169.00 and provided for two cleaners who worked for four hours. Let me tell you those two women worked SO hard and did a PHENOMENAL job! Way beyond my expectations. It is such a relief to have the place clean, and the service was definitely worth the money.

Mario and the team were amazing. Job took an hour and half longer than anticipated for a deep clean prior to moving in to a new home and the team stayed until they were satisfied that everything was perfect. I really appreciated the extra effort they put in!

Initial phone call was informative and professional, never pushy. Scheduling the service was quick and easy. The girls who came to our home were not only professional and friendly but eager to do a great job. An offer was made to correct anything not to my liking, as they moved room to room. As I was saying goodbye, scheduled them indefinitely for a twice a month visit. FABULOUS people make up a great company!
