Magic Mops Cleaning

My wife and I just moved into a new apartment and it was filthy - We wanted to deep clean and but we had to go to a family event and so I found magic mops cleaning on google , I couldn't be happier. They, Marisol, Cathy did a wonderful job on the apartment and they did of things that I didn't even know needed to be fixed. They completely transformed the house, and I feel sooooo much better about moving in. I will hopefully be able to hire magic mops on a more regular basis, but for now all I can say - they’re wonderful!

Poor cleaning and poor customer service. Will never use again. The first time I was charged for 3.5 hours and the gal did a really nice job and was done in 2.5 hours. I did not get a refund but I figured that's okay because the place was very clean. The second, and last, time she was done in an hour, I was still charged for 3.5 hours (despite using the online link and an email to ask for a refund) and the bottom line is there was still lots of dust and dirt on multiple surfaces around the house. I could do a much better job myself, and in fact I was forced to clean it myself to make up for this very poor job.

These guys are the Best! Bridget has been cleaning my house for several months and never had any issues and the house is always spotless. They worked the schedule around our needs if we were having a party or needed extra help they were very accommodating. I can't say enough great things about magic mops. If you're looking for a great service you found it here!

I've used the services of magic mops cleaning on two occasions and I must say that I was extremely impressed by the quality of work they did in my home. They thoroughly cleaned my house from top to bottom; and when I say thoroughly, I mean it. They even fluffed the bath rugs, tided up the hung towels and cleaned under the bed. When I can back home, everywhere was sparkling without a trace of dust in the whole house. Magic mops cleaning is one of the most professional cleaning services I've ever used. They are prompt, thorough and very friendly. I will definitely use them again.

Initially there was a time delay due to staffing issues, but once the staff arrived, a good job was done and I was happy with the quality of the job!
