Complete Cleaning Service, Inc.

I have been using Complete Cleaning Services for ~5 years and have been pleased with each visit. They are very thorough when cleaning my home and it's always so nice once they finish. I call the crew "The Fairies" because the cleaning team of 7-8 somehow magically clean my house in a 1/4 of the time it takes me to! If you're in their local area and looking for a professional house cleaning service ... I would highly suggest Complete Cleaning Services!

I have been using Complete Cleaning Service for over 4 years at both my business and my home. They are consistently on time, consistent in their quality, and consistent in their professionalism. I have never once felt the need to be home while they clean. They are friendly and trustworthy. Scott and his team are one of kind, I would recommend them for your business or residential cleaning needs!

By far, the best cleaning service that we have used in the area! The team was on time, worked efficiently and collaboratively together, maintained professionalism at all times, and our home looks fantastic! Highly recommend!

I do not recommend this company. They broke a fan and took no responsibility. Tried to discuss with the owner, who offered no solution. Master bedroom has two fans- never had a problem with either. After they left, master smelled like something was burning- both fans turned on, but broken fan was not rotating. Mechanical husband tried fixing, no success. Has to be replaced. Called owner who stated must be old fan and they didn't break it. He didn't even offer a discount and had no problem cashing my check. I understand mistakes happen, and I would have kept using Complete Cleaning if the owner had taken responsibility and at least offered a discount on services. Very poor customer service. Company also has bad reviews on Angie's list. Wish I'd checked before. I've never written a bad review of a company. Previously had same cleaning service for over 10 years and never had one issue. Recently moved here and was hoping to establish with a good, trustworthy company. This company was a total failure. FYI Complete Cleaning - we HAD ONE broken fan in dining room (runs fine but one leaf slightly torn)- we discussed not cleaning which I agreed. We NOW HAVE TWO broken fans after your poor services. The FACTS are- The fan worked perfect before you cleaned and no longer worked after you left. The year my house was built has nothing to do with the fact you broke my fan. In your unprofessional and inaccurate response you alluded we are attempting to get refunded via your insurance policy- not this customer. Haven't even attempted to contact you regarding your coverage. Potential customers should know that your company has handled this matter unprofessionally and irresponsibly. A company that truly values customer service would never respond with such snarky comments. Disappointing.

My father was a customer, my sister, now me. Very happy with them, always professional, friendly, and do a great job. Frankly, I consider them as invaluable, and they get all the little areas I seem to miss!
