MOLLY MAID of Orlando and Seminole County

After I purchased my new house, I knew it needed a good deep cleaning before I moved in. I didn't know exactly how much until Dawn and Sylvia (team 10) arrived and actually started cleaning! Their attention to detail and hard work was exceptional, and my new house now feels like the sparkling, shiny new home that it is to me! As a bonus, they were both wonderful to talk to and very personable. Thank you so much, Sylvia and Dawn! If I ever need additional cleaning services, I'll absolutely be requesting them specifically again.

Hiring a cleaning service can be risky, so I asked one of my friends in law enforcement what he thought of Molly Maid. He said that he and his wife were comfortable with them and they they had no reservations about giving them access to their home when they were out. That was good enough for me so we hired them. Our team is Karen and Priscilla and they do a very nice job. When here they are all business and their work ethic is commendable. They show up on time (reliable), do their work (efficiency), do it well (quality), take pride in their work (conscientious), and entertain special requests (accommodating). I will admit that I was skeptical in hiring a service for regular cleaning, as we always had a long-term individual that we knew and trusted. But this Molly Maid team has convinced me that they can do as good of a job, if not better...and faster too. And since they bring everything with them we don’t have to stock a lot of cleaning products.

We’ve had a great experience over the course of about five years with this Molly Maid office. Taralyn has been our lead for just about all that time, and she’s fantastic. Our kids used to get to see her first thing in the morning - they adored her and they continue to ooh and aah over how nicely she arranged their stuffed animals on their beds. She and the folks she’s been teamed up with over the years have always done a great job of cleaning our house.

Sold our home, moved into our rental while waiting for our new home to be built. With a tenant moving out and trying to move at the same time things got a little crazy. Called this company and they took care of both properties. They are deserving of this 5 star rating and we will be using them again.

Their workers are well trained, do excellent work, very professional, friendly and pleasant to have in my home. Taralyn is extremely knowledgeable, an exemplary trainer and very hard worker with a positive, smiling attitude! Her partners are always wonderful. Thank you Sid and Brian!
