Good soup and sandwichs. Delivery is prompt when we have lunch ordered. Good customer service, over the phone and when delivering.

We usually order this weekly to our office. Today we get our delivery, they put the coffee in the bag with our food. Which split on EVERYTHING. Not only that we had three separate orders and i told the lady that over the phone. They combined 2 orders and the lady didn't know how to split it. She told me " Just let them know next time you want different orders" then i replied I DID TELL THEM I WANT 3 SEPARATE ORDERS. When i was finally able to eat my sandwich there was hair mixed in with the cheddar bread!! Main street is usually good, but this was a TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. please do better. and PLEASE don't put coffee in with a food order. Thanks.
