Katzinger's Delicatessen

Large selection of delicious sandwiches and salads. Had Judy and Jerry's Reuben....corned beef was delicious but too fatty for my liking. It was perfectly toasted and the bread was delicious. The pickles are amazing. Nice spot. For their regular size sandwich (which was actually quite filling), can soda and bag of chips I spent $15. Ample seating inside and outside. Street parking. I am not from the area, it is my first time in Columbus and I just happened to stumble upon this deli on google maps but I could tell this place is a neighborhood staple. If I ever return to Columbus I am coming back here to try something else.

Despite the fact that I usually drop around $13 for a sandwich in here, it’s always guaranteed to be delicious. There are free garlic and dill pickles for while you wait, but that wait is never very long. The staff is hip, friendly, and efficient. The place is spotless, and they recycle. There are usually samples during the day, and t feels like a real NYC Jewish deli. This is always a great place to take someone who’s visiting from out of town, or for a casual date in German village!

The food is amazingly delicious. I contribute a huge portion of this to how fresh the food is. There's a nice old school deli vibe. It's always kept very clean, even when they are really busy. I would give it 5 stars except that I feel the prices are a little over the top. That said, I do highly recommend Katzinger's for the outstanding food.

Great sandwiches! Nova lox were also excellent - not too briny but great flavor. Pumpernickel bagels just barely off point but this should be 4.5 stars, not 4 Good, personable service too. My 3 year old girl loved her brownie! I loved my reuben and my pickle.

I got the vegetarian #71 sandwich and I definitely recommend it if you are a fan of mustard. The tomatoes were so fresh and the guyere complemented very well. I have to say the pickle station is amazing! You get your choice of garlic and dill pickles and it's awesome. Definitely made my day.
